If you have upgraded from GA2 to GA3 and are unable to print, follow these steps which should resolve the issue.
1. Log in to GA3
2. Go to the Administration Area
3. Click on Database Maintenance
4. Click on "Clear all saved printer settings"
5. Click on File > Print Setup
This can be caused by a change in our printer setup, whereby we now allow you to store up to 3 printers per computer
