An update has been released which fixes some minor issues with GA3 and adds a few additional features.
* Fixed : Account number generator from Customer Database if no surname was entered
* Fixes to calendar, previous page and drag and drop (ctrl to duplicate etc)
* Fixes to calendar colours when using certain words or symbols in the status
* On screen summary now returns to last report tab correctly
* Prevented expense records being created without PO number
* Fixes to chart labels and chart print out sizing.
* Fixes to Technician Reporting (missing information)
* Fixes to Invoice templates, now display Balance Due correctly
* Fixed display of mileage on history tabs ( and re-aligned)
* Fixed when you cancel selection of a status colour, it no longer turns black
* Added 'Prev Invoices' to history tab on documents
* Added ability to change doc type when entering registration
* Added 3 new charts for MOT sales figures
* Added Vehicle Damage Image, with markers to profile
* Added option in setup to allow printing of Vehicle Damage Image on Job sheets
The update is available for both Windows and Mac versions via the auto update facility in GA3. You can also download the updated files from your members area. Remember to perform a BACKUP in GA3 before manually updating.
